In the 2023 Eastern Conference final of the USL W League, Eagle FC's women beat Morris Elite SC 6–0. That result sent them to the National Semifinals, where NC Courage U23 ended the run. They had won the Mid-Atlantic Division that season, and they won it again in 2024 and 2025.

The women's team is the younger of the club's two sides. It entered the USL W League in 2022, and the men followed into USL League Two for the 2026 season. Behind both sits a club from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, that dates to 1976 and has played at Tanner Field, a 1,500-capacity ground at Mountain View Middle School. Creekview Park and Boiling Springs High School are also used for home games. In 2024 the women reached the Eastern Conference Semifinals but went no further.
