Olympique Khouribga

Olympique Khouribga spent 1996 as continental champions of a competition few Moroccan clubs ever reach, lifting the Arab Cup Winners' Cup. The club carries the nickname 'Les Lions de l'OCP', a mark of the sponsorship tie to the Office Chérifien des Phosphates that has shaped it since its early years.

The Botola Pro title arrived in 2006–07, the club's clearest league triumph, and it followed a Coupe du Trône win the previous season; a second Cup followed in 2014–15. Between those highs came drops: relegation in 2015–16, and again in 2022–23, with a return to the top flight secured in 2020–21 after winning the second division outright.

Jawad El Yamiq came through the academy at OCK before building a career that carried him into the national side. On the pitch, Mamadou Ba Camara finished as the Botola's top scorer in 2005–06, a season that fed directly into the cup success that followed.

The bench has moved fast in recent years: Lassaad Dridi was sacked in November 2022, Ricardo Formosinho took over the following month, and by April 2023 M'hamed Fakhir had replaced him, a turnover that tracked the club's struggle to stay clear of the relegation zone. Matches against Chabab Atlas Khénifra carry the weight of the 'Derby régional', the fixture the town treats as its own. The Stade du Phosphate, holding around 11,000, takes its name from the same mineral that named the sponsor, the same industry that built Khouribga into a town worth having a football club in the first place.
