The Edward Mikusiński Municipal Stadium holds 3,770 people.

Its best years came early in the 1990s, and they came in a rush. Siarka won the eastern group of the second tier in 1992 and went straight into the top flight. In 1992/93 they finished 11th, which kept them up. A return in 1995/96 lasted one season and finished 18th. That was three campaigns in the top division, and none since.

The rivalry that gives the calendar its edge is with Stal Stalowa Wola, a match the region calls the Derby of Northern Subcarpathia.

The recent story is quieter and more regular. Siarka won the Subcarpathian regional cup in 2024, 2025 and 2026, beating Karpaty Krosno 3:0 and then Cosmos Nowotaniec twice, 1:0 and 2:1. The 2025 win carried them into the national cup, where they beat Stal Starachowice and then lost 3:2 to Wisła Kraków. In the league that season they finished third in the fourth group of the third tier with 65 points.

The second tier, which Siarka last left in 1992, is still ahead of them.
