The pitches at ul. Kłokoczycka sit in a ground that opened in July 2020, seating around 1,000 and built to replace the old Intakus Park where the club had played for years.

1 KS Ślęza Wrocław was the first sports club registered in Wrocław after the war, formed on 16 June 1945. It kept that name through a stint as I TS Intakus Ślęza Wrocław between 2006 and 2009 before reverting.

The football section reached the II liga in 1953 and stayed one season. It won the III liga's Lower Silesia-Lubusz group in 2013 but lost in the promotion play-offs. The rivalry that still carries weight in the city is with Śląsk Wrocław: the two sides met 19 times in the league between 1947 and 1995, the last of those meetings ending 6-0 to Śląsk.

The club's stronger recent history lies elsewhere. Its women's basketball section won the Basket Liga Kobiet in 2016/17 and reached the Polish Cup final the following year. On the pitch, the men's team currently competes in the III liga.
