League records for the side only begin in 1951, in a regional third-tier group, and even that continuity was broken — the team was dissolved in 2014, replaced by a junior side, and brought back only after the 2018/19 season.

They play mainly at Stadion Na Chvalech, a 3,400-seat ground well away from the 18,000-plus of Letná, though matches have also been staged at the smaller Stadion Krč, next to the club's academy. Red shirts, white shorts and black socks match the first team exactly.

In the National Football League itself, fifth place — reached in 2021–22 and again in 2024–25 — has been the ceiling; relegation followed at the end of 2025–26. Tomáš Schánělec stands apart in the club's scoring records, with 32 goals in 81 appearances, well clear of Radek Šiler's 16 in 34.

The fixture that matters most here is not against Slavia's first team but its reserves: Sparta B against Slavia B carries the Prague derby name down a level, sharpened further by the "small" version against Bohemians 1905 II.
