In 2018 the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Women's League gave its Fair Play Award to a team from a youth foundation in Alabang. Tuloy Foundation had been at work in Muntinlupa since 1996, and its youth football programme had started in 2001. The women's side grew out of that programme.

Futsal is where the trophies have come. The women won the High 5 Women's Futsal League Championship in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, four in a row. Isabella Bandoja, who won a Golden Boot, played in the side.

The men's team is newer. Tuloy FC was set up as a professional club in 2023, and the men entered the Copa Paulino Alcantara that same year. John Lloyd Jalique finished as the competition's top scorer with five goals. The team joined the Philippines Football League (PFL) in 2024 and has not yet won a league title.

Home is the XO Field for Extraordinary Kids, which holds 1,000. In January 2026 the club also secured a pitch at Clark Parade Grounds, which it will use for grassroots development. The programme has already sent 18 players to national teams.

Five years after the fair play award, the foundation's teams had a club with its own name.
