Ukraine U18

Spain beat Ukraine's under-18 side in the final of the 2000 UEFA European Under-18 Championship. That squad carried Serhiy Rebrov and Anatoliy Tymoshchuk among them, and Oleksandr Shovkovskiy in goal.

It took the field for the first time on 14 November 1993, away to Israel in qualifying for that year's European Under-18 Championship, and lost 2–0. Anatoliy Konkov took charge as the first head coach.

UEFA folded the under-18 category into the under-19s after 2001, the year Ukraine went out at the group stage in what became the competition's final edition at that age. Ukraine's side plays in blue and yellow, the colours shared by every national team from the country, and has no settled home ground — training camps and matches over the years have moved between Kyiv, Bucha, Lviv, Poltava, and at times further afield, including a camp held in Limoges.

Roman Yaremchuk, who made eight appearances and scored once at this level, later played for Lyon, Club Brugge and Olympiacos. Artem Dovbyk moved through Bologna before joining the senior national team.
