The Nigeria Cricket Federation Women's T20I Tournament is an international competition for women's cricket, organized by the Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF). It was founded in 2019 and the inaugural edition was won by the host nation. The event takes place in Lagos, Nigeria, primarily at the Tafawa Balewa Square Cricket Oval.

This tournament operates as a developmental platform for the sport across Africa. It provides Twenty20 International (T20I) status to the participating teams, distinguishing it from qualification pathways like the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier. The competition functions below the official ICC qualifiers in the regional hierarchy, serving as a key event for team preparation and experience.

The format has varied across editions. The 2019 tournament was a bilateral series, while later editions have included round-robin group stages, knockout finals, or double round-robin leagues without eliminations. In 2026, the fifth edition was renamed the Patricia Kambarami Cup to honour the late cricket development pioneer.

Nigeria has secured victory in 2019, 2023, and 2026. Rwanda won the 2022 and 2026 editions, while Tanzania claimed the title in 2024. The 2026 final saw Rwanda defeat Nigeria. The 2026 season featured five teams: Ghana, Rwanda, Nigeria, Cameroon, and Sierra Leone.

Sponsors for the tournament have included Alaro City and Access Bank. The 2026 edition was supported by Alaro City. The competition shares many participating nations with other regional events but remains distinct in its organization and purpose.
