Nigeria Cricket Federation Women's T20I Tournament 2023/24

The Nigeria Cricket Federation Women's T20I Invitational Tournament is an international competition rather than a domestic league. It operates as a high-performance platform for the national women's side, known as the Female Yellow Greens, to face other nations. Matches held within this event are granted T20 International status by the International Cricket Council. The tournament was inaugurated in 2022. It is also referred to by its sponsor name, the Patricia Kambarami Cup, established in honour of the late ICC Africa development pioneer.

The structure of the competition has varied across editions. Recent iterations have included teams from Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania and Cameroon alongside the hosts. Participants generally compete in a round-robin format, with some editions concluding with semi-finals and a final. Nigeria Women have claimed the title twice, in 2023 and 2026. Rwanda Women won the inaugural edition in 2022, while Tanzania Women took the crown in 2024.

This series serves as a preparatory fixture for broader international contests, including World Cup qualifiers. It remains distinct from regional events such as the Kwibuka Women's T20I Tournament in Rwanda, which employs a different format and includes a larger number of teams. The organizing body, the Nigeria Cricket Federation, traces its origins to the Nigeria Cricket Association formed in 1957. The federation secured Associate Member status from the ICC in 2002. The competition provides a regular opportunity for the national squad to gain experience against varied opposition without the constraints of a traditional league season.
