Bile secured a comfortable 3-1 victory over Dravinja in the Second SNL on Sunday afternoon. The visitors took control early and never looked back, moving up to 11th place with six points from four matches. Dravinja remain at the bottom with zero points and four defeats, a run that stretches back into the previous calendar year.
The opening exchanges belonged to Bile. L. Marinic broke the deadlock in the 37th minute, and I. Janakievski doubled the advantage two minutes later. By then the home side had barely mustered a threat, and the visitors let the game flow comfortably between the halves.
Dravinja pulled one back in the 62nd minute through M. Koprivc, briefly stirring things up. But Marinic ended their hopes in the 87th minute, closing out the result and seeing it out against a side that could have pushed further.
The win extends Bile's recent momentum. They beat Brežice 2-1 just last week, and this performance showed they can spring a surprise away from home. Dravinja, meanwhile, have not tasted victory since beating Krško 2-1 back in May, and the weight of four straight defeats is beginning to show.
The result leaves Dravinja top of nobody's table, sitting 16th with zero points and a goal difference that reflects their struggles. Bile move into 11th, two wins from four, and will need the points badly as the season takes shape.
