Referees confirm Dinamo's penalty win over Lokomotiv

Russia's Expert Refereeing Commission ruled Ivan Abrosimov correctly awarded Dinamo a penalty that decided the 0:1 Moscow derby win over Lokomotiv.

The Expert Refereeing Commission has ruled that Ivan Abrosimov was right to award Dinamo a penalty against Lokomotiv, the decision that settled the Moscow derby on 29 August. Defender Maksim Osipenko converted it in the 73rd minute for the only goal of the 0:1 win, in round 6 of the Russian Premier League.

The commission set out why the spot-kick stood.

The result left Lokomotiv on three points in 14th place. Dinamo sit sixth on 10 points.
