Dani Olmo: "We are Barça, we want to win it all"

The 5-1 win over Feyenoord saw Lamine Yamal become the youngest captain in Barça's history, and he added a free-kick to his captain's debut. Olmo, asked about it after the match on Movistar+, said: "We've got takers. We've been unlucky from the spot, but Lamine made it count."

Pressed again on Yamal, Olmo had nothing but praise: "Lamine is ambitious, he always wants to score, to contribute, to help the team win... and he always ends up doing it, whether he scores or not. When you score, you're always happier."

On the goal tally itself, Olmo put it down to work rather than fortune: "For us it's normal. Working is the key. We're a team with a lot of runners going forward, a lot of initiative, that creates a lot of chances. In the end we have the quality up front to score those goals that might seem like a lot, but in the end we create those chances and we have those clear chances to score, and the difficult ones too because we have a huge amount of quality."
