About the player
Alexander Belyaev came up through the Fakel academy named after Vasily Proskurin, spending his early career entirely within the Voronezh club's own system. Before making the step up to the first team, he played for the farm side Fakel-M in the Youth Football League, where he scored 10 goals in 22 appearances and added an assist.
The move to senior football came on 12 November 2024, when Belyaev signed a professional contract with Fakel's main squad, tying him to the club through the summer of 2027. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
He shoots with his right foot, wearing the number 25 shirt for Fakel. Belyaev is a native of Voronezh, the city his boyhood club represents.
