About the player
Wiebe was on the pitch for the full ninety minutes when 1. FC Köln's under-19s beat 1. FC Kaiserslautern in the final of the DFB Junioren Pokal on 1 June 2013. Marco Ban scored the only goal. It remains the one title on his record.
He started at SSV Kaldauen in his home town, moved on to Bonner SC until 2009, then joined the Köln academy, where he became a fixture in the youth sides. Promotion to the reserve team followed within weeks of that cup final: 48 appearances for 1. FC Köln II in the Regionalliga West across two seasons.
Every professional move he has made has been on a free transfer. SC Preußen Münster took him in June 2015 and he played 58 league matches in the 3. Liga, scoring twice, before leaving in July 2019. Eintracht Braunschweig signed him the same month, and he stayed six years — 108 league appearances spread across the 2. Bundesliga and the 3. Liga, four goals, among them a long-range strike against FC Nürnberg in 2020.
He is listed officially as a midfielder and used as a defensive midfielder, though he has also been identified as a defender.
The move to Alemannia Aachen came on 6 January 2025, again on a free, again in the 3. Liga. Seven appearances so far.
