David Valverde Juan

David Valverde Juan came through the youth system at C.D. San Francisco in his native Palma de Mallorca and worked his way up through the Balearic Islands representative sides at under-14, under-16 and under-18 level. He spent the 2018/19 season with RCD Mallorca's Juvenil side before moving into the club's reserve set-up, where he stayed for three years.

The move that gave him his clearest run of first-team football came at CE Andratx, which he joined as a free agent. There, in December 2024, he had a spell that stood out from the rest of his career: within a week he scored the only goal in a win over Atlético Baleares and then found the net again in a 3-0 victory over Inter Ibiza.

In January 2026 he took his career abroad, joining Bulgarian club Beroe as a free agent. He established himself in the side, making 17 appearances in the Bulgarian First League over the season, though without adding to his goal tally. In February 2026 he was sent off against Arda Kardzhali after picking up a second yellow card, in a match that finished goalless.

His time at Beroe proved short. He left the club in the summer of 2026 and signed for Spartak 1918 Varna, and began the new season with his new club.
