Mouritaza Houmadi's international career carries an asterisk that shapes how it reads: Mayotte is not a full FIFA member, so his appearances for the territory sit outside official records. That has not stopped him building a body of work with the national side. He made his debut at the 2019 Indian Ocean Island Games, and later found the net against the Maldives in a match Mayotte won 1-3.
