Franzeti Herard

The move to Septemvri Sofia came on a free transfer — the one fee in Herard's career that is a matter of public record. Everything before it was arranged quietly, across five clubs in the Dominican Republic in as many years.

Herard scored five goals in seven appearances in 2023, then five more in five appearances in the opening months of 2024 before moving on. A short stay at Atlético Vega Real followed, where he scored twice in a single appearance.

His first senior years were slower. Signed by Cibao FC in 2020, he spent most of his two seasons with the reserve side, and his only outing at continental level came that same year in the CONCACAF League — one appearance. He scored his first goal in April 2022, shortly after joining Atlético San Cristóbal.

At O&M FC in 2025 he played a full season for the first time: 21 league appearances and five goals, with four goals from six cup ties. The club also entered the CONCACAF Caribbean Club Championship, and Herard featured in the competition.

He has represented Haiti at under-17 level, winning three caps in 2019 at the FIFA U-17 World Cup. No senior international appearances are on record, and he has not won an individual award or a major team honour.

Sofia is his first club outside the Caribbean.
