About the player
Guillermo Allison joined the club's academy in 2005, at 15, and was handed his first-team debut in the 2013 Apertura. Across 2012 to 2020 he made 67 appearances for Cruz Azul's senior side.
In June 2020, shortly before he left Cruz Azul, Allison held talks over a move to Costa Rica's Saprissa, but the transfer did not go through. The following month he joined Cancún in the Liga de Expansión instead, spending a season there before a brief return to Cruz Azul in mid-2021.
That run of regular football carried into his move to Querétaro in July 2023, where he has continued to play since.
