About the player
A free transfer took him to Deportivo Morón in 2021, where he made more than fifty appearances across two seasons. In 2023 he moved to Chile to join Ñublense, again as a free agent, before returning to Argentina in 2024 for a loan spell at Quilmes.
He became a key player for the club, making more than forty appearances across competitions.
In November 2025 Abascia left Central Córdoba to sign for Querétaro, becoming the Mexican club's first official addition for the Clausura 2026 campaign on a free transfer, in a deal running two years with an option for a third. He made his debut early in 2026, featuring in four Liga MX matches and three in the Leagues Cup without scoring.
