Japhet Sery Larsen

Japhet Sery Larsen grew up in the Danish youth system, moving through CIK, KB and B.93 before joining Lyngby, then spending five years in Midtjylland's academy, with a loan spell at Brentford B along the way. It was a July 2021 move to Brann in Norway that set the course for his career.

Bodø/Glimt signed him in February 2022 for a single season, before Brann brought him back in January 2023 on a four-year deal. He won a Norwegian Cup in 2023.

In January 2026, Sery Larsen moved to Major League Soccer, joining Philadelphia Union on a contract running through the 2028/29 season with an option to extend. The transfer fee was not disclosed. He has made 11 appearances for the club since, scoring once.

At youth level, Sery Larsen represented Denmark from under-16 through under-21, later playing nine times for the under-21s. He has not been called into the senior national team. His only other honour to date is a Danish under-19 championship won with Midtjylland's youth side, across the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons.
