About the player
Kadim Ngom's route to professional football ran through amateur football in Almere before he joined ASC Waterwijk, and in the summer of 2023 he moved into FC Volendam's system. He spent his first period there with the club's youth side, Jong FC Volendam, before working his way up to become the first team's third-choice goalkeeper for the 2024/2025 season.
His first-team debut came in Volendam's final Eerste Divisie fixture of that season, against FC Dordrecht, though he did not keep a clean sheet.
He left as a free agent, and the parting was described as amicable rather than the result of any dispute. On 2 August 2025 he signed a one-year deal with an extension option at Jong PSV.
Rather than returning to a reserve role, Ngom went straight into the starting goalkeeping pairing at Jong PSV alongside Tein Smolenaars. Early in the 2025/2026 Eerste Divisie season he had made two appearances, keeping one clean sheet, and had added a further appearance as the following season began.
He plays with his right foot and stands 180cm tall.
