About the player
Sinyan grew up in the Oslo football scene before moves to Bærum and Kjelsås took him through the lower tiers of Norwegian football.
A serious injury then interrupted his progress. Sinyan did not feature at all during 2024, and the layoff kept him out until May 2025, by which point his contract in Sweden had ended and he had signed for KFUM Oslo as a free agent. A second spell out, from November 2025, pushed his next chapter back further still.
He returned to fitness in July 2026, when KFUM Oslo sent him on loan to the Faroese club KÍ Klaksvík, handing him the number 4 shirt. The move has thrown him straight into continental football: alongside three league appearances in the Meistaradeildin, Sinyan has featured in Champions League and Europa League qualifying matches for KÍ Klaksvík, setting up a goal in the Champions League qualifiers.
He has yet to add senior international caps to his record. Off the pitch, he shares his surname with a familiar name in Norwegian football: his brother, Sheriff Sinyan, is also a professional player.
