About the player
Manuel Bahaty made his debut for Jong PSV on 14 March 2025, in a match against Helmond Sport. Before joining PSV in 2022, he had come through the youth system at FC Den Bosch. Once at PSV, he moved up through the age groups in successive seasons — U16, U17 and U19.
He featured in the UEFA Youth League with that team and won the Otten Innovation Cup, a run that preceded his step up to PSV's reserve side. Since 2024 he has been part of Jong PSV, the club through which he continues his development.
Bahaty plays as a forward, primarily on the right wing. He is right-footed, a detail statistical databases agree on even though a right winger more often plays on the left foot in Dutch football convention. He has Congolese as well as Dutch background, as reported in Dutch media.
His career so far has unfolded almost entirely within PSV's structures, with the move from Den Bosch as the only transfer of note.
