About the player
Marco Iacobellis took an unusual route into Argentine football: he trained at Real Madrid's academy until 2015. He then spent two years in Platense's youth system before joining All Boys' academy in 2017, and signed his first professional contract with the club in October 2019.
He went on to make the breakthrough into All Boys' first team, where he stayed through 2024, appearing in dozens of league matches.
Loan spells followed in quick succession. Barracas Central took him for the 2024 season, where he featured in 25 league games and scored twice. The following January he moved on loan again, this time to San Martín de San Juan, where he made 20 league appearances and again scored two goals.
On 14 January 2026, Iacobellis joined Central Córdoba de Santiago del Estero on loan until 31 December 2026. He has not been called up to Argentina's senior national team, and his career to date carries no individual honours.
