About the player
Martinho Cunha made the move to Porto's academy in 2022 after spells with Famalicão and Vitória de Guimarães before earning a debut for FC Porto B in 2024.
Since then the left-footed defender has become a regular fixture for the reserve side, taking to the pitch on 17 occasions and setting up one goal for a teammate, without finding the net himself. At youth international level his record reads differently: 27 caps and five goals.
