Muriel Gustavo Becker

Muriel collected six state titles in a row with Internacional — the Gaúcho championship in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 — after coming through the club's academy and taking the first-choice shirt in 2010.

He was on the Internacional books from 2007 to 2016, a spell that also brought Copa Libertadores and Recopa Sudamericana medals in 2010 and 2011, though he did not play in either final. The early years included loans away from Porto Alegre: S.E.R. Caxias in 2009.

Before any of that, he had already won at youth level. In 2007 he was part of the Brazil under-20 side that took the South American title and then the Under-20 World Cup.

Bahia followed in 2016, and then a move to Europe. At Belenenses in Lisbon, where he played from 2017 to 2019, he was named the Primeira Liga's goalkeeper of the month in December 2018. He returned to Brazil in the summer of 2019 with Fluminense, staying until 2022 and winning the Carioca championship in his final season there.

A second spell abroad took him to Cyprus with AEL Limassol from 2022 to 2024. He came back to Brazil with Vitória in Salvador, played there into early 2025, and signed for Náutico in January 2025.

He has never been called up by the senior Brazil squad.
