About the player
Every move Octavio Moscarelli has made since leaving Talleres' youth ranks in Córdoba has come as a free transfer. Manta signed him at the start of 2026, and he has not missed a start since.
After coming through Talleres' academy, he joined Boca Unidos in 2023 and held down a regular starting place in the Torneo Federal A. A free transfer took him to Argentino de Merlo the following January, on a deal for the 2024 season in the Primera B Metropolitana, and a year later to Club Atlético Mitre, in Santiago del Estero, where he played 23 matches in the Primera Nacional in 2025.
Manta brought him in as a free agent on 5 January 2026. Since then he has started all 24 of his appearances in LigaPro Serie A, scoring once and setting up nine goals for team-mates, while picking up nine yellow cards without a dismissal. He has not been called up by Argentina at any level, and his career carries no individual honours to date.
