About the player
He was born in Saint Petersburg, to a Russian mother and an Italian father, and holds passports from both countries.
The football schooling began at Milan , whose youth set-up he left in 2009 for Ascoli . Matera followed in the summer of 2015 and kept him for three seasons.
Parma signed him in the summer of 2018, but he never played a competitive match for the first team and spent that season on loan at Trapani. With Trapani he played 28 matches in Serie B in 2019/20. A short stay at Alessandria brought 13 league games before a January 2021 loan took him to Catanzaro .
He stayed four and a half years and played 139 league matches, scoring six times. In 2024/25 he logged 1,520 minutes across 19 Serie B appearances.
He left in the summer of 2025 and signed for Benevento in July, taking the number 14 shirt on a contract running to June 2028. His first campaign there brought 36 league appearances. Across his career he has made 299 league appearances and scored nine goals, with a further 19 cup games and one goal.
