Strahinja Anđelić

The debut came against Crvena Zvezda. On 4 May 2026, a left-back who had never played senior football anywhere else took the field for FK Čukarički in the Serbian SuperLiga, against the club that sets the standard in the country. It was the first senior appearance of a career that has, so far, taken place entirely inside one building.

Anđelić joined Čukarički's youth academy in 2023 and stayed. There were no moves, no loans, no fees — he came up through the age groups and signed his first professional contract with the club on 19 August 2025, effective for the 2025/26 season.

He is left-footed and plays on the left of the defence, which narrows what is asked of him and sharpens what he is judged on. The path from academy to first team at Čukarički runs through the same coaching staff and the same pitches; Anđelić took it without the detour most players of his age have made by now.

Serbia have used him at youth international level. He has represented the country at U18, and he has two appearances for the U19 side in qualifying for the 2027 UEFA European Under-19 Championship, without a goal.

Born in Belgrade, he is playing his football in the city he grew up in, for the club that trained him. The senior record is short — one competitive debut, no honours, no individual awards — and the qualifying campaign with the U19s is still running.
