About the player
Bahía Blanca produced another top-flight debutant on 4 August 2026, when Tomás Uribe came off the bench for Huracán in a goalless draw with Atlético Tucumán. The local paper La Brújula 24 framed it that way — one more from the city reaching the Primera División.
The path there ran through Club Atlético Olimpo, in the same city. Uribe came up through the youth categories and captained his age group before the move to Huracán, which was made from the academy; no fee or contract terms have been made public.
