About the player
Muse moved from Anchorage, Alaska, to Portland at 13 to join the club's academy before graduating to Portland Timbers 2 in USL Championship between 2018 and 2020. On 11 November 2020, that path led to a Homegrown Player contract with the first team, and he made his MLS debut on 1 May 2021 against FC Dallas.
The chance to play regularly has been harder to come by since. Muse spent the 2024 season on loan at USL side Indy Eleven, and the arrangement was extended for 2025 as well.
There was a brief brush with the national team picture in January 2017, when he was called into a US camp, though he did not add a cap to go with the call-up.
