Wanderson

On 1 March 2026, in the first leg of the Campeonato Pernambucano final against Sport Recife, Wanderson levelled the score in the closing seconds. The match finished 3–3. It was his first goal for Náutico, and he called it one of the most important of his career, because it kept the tie open before the return match.

He began at Americano-MA in 2012, in his home state of Maranhão, and spent 2014 and 2015 with Araioses. The first settled spell came at Moto Club, where he played from 2016 to 2018 and won the Campeonato Maranhense twice, in 2016 and 2018, with loan periods at Timon and Juventude Samas in between. A move to Maranhão in 2018 brought the Copa Federação Maranhense de Futebol.

What followed was several years of short stays: part of 2019 at Sampaio Corrêa and part at Guarany de Sobral, then 2020 divided between Juventude Samas, Maranhão again and Atlético de Cajazeiras, before a return to Moto Club in 2021. At Tocantinópolis he found stability again, winning the Campeonato Tocantinense in both 2021 and 2022.

He signed for Paysandu in December 2022 and stayed two seasons, taking the Campeonato Paraense and the Copa Verde in 2024. Released at the start of 2025, he joined CSA and played 17 matches in roughly three months, then moved to Ponte Preta on 9 April 2025, where he made 26 appearances before the year was out.

Náutico signed him in December 2025. He has not played for the senior Brazil side.
