Gonio

In four seasons Gonio went from a fifth-tier newcomer to a club playing in the Erovnuli Liga 2, and then straight back down. The club was founded in April 2021, and by 2022 it had already finished second in the Regionuli Liga before winning the promotion play-offs. A year later it topped Liga 4, and in 2024 it took the Liga 3 title, a run that carried it into the second tier for the first time.

The 2025 season put that climb into perspective: Gonio finished ninth out of ten teams in Erovnuli Liga 2 and dropped back to Liga 3.

Home games are played at the Batumis Dinamos Satsvrtneli Baza, known locally as Johnny Bakuridze Stadioni. Gonio play in black and white, and the settlement itself has effectively been absorbed into Batumi, in Georgia's Adjara region.

Cup football has brought no silverware, though the club reached the third round of the David Kipiani Cup in three separate seasons, 2022, 2023 and 2025, without going further.
