Keilor Park

Promotion arrived in 2025, when Keilor Park finished top of Victorian State League 1 North-West and went up to Victoria Premier League 2. It followed a run that reaches back to the club's Senior Division titles of 1990 and 2001, and to a State Knockout Cup won in 1999. In 2022 the club took Senior Division 2, adding the reserves' title the same season.

None of that was won under the club's first identity. Keilor Park traces to 1957, when it ran out of the Blue Cellar restaurant in Fitzroy, administered from there until 1961 before a first official match followed in 1958. Grounds changed through the following decades — Royal Park, Elwood, Footscray, Maribyrnong — before the club was granted land at Keilor Park Reserve in 1974, with training and home matches starting there in 1976. The name settled in 1997, when Keilor Soccer Club merged with Sunshine Park.

The early colours, violet and white, were chosen in tribute to Austria Wien, reflecting the Austrian community that first supported the club. That link has faded; the shirt now worn is green with an orange stripe and green socks, the colours taken from the former Keilor Park Primary School, and the support today draws largely from Melbourne's Maltese-Australian community.

Robbie Castello, who came through the club as a junior, returned to Keilor Park in 2022 after spells at Westmeadows and Maribyrnong Park.

The fixture against Brimbank Stallions is known simply as the local derby, one of the closer contests in a corner of Victoria Premier League 2 that also brings Altona Magic and North Sunshine Eagles to Keilor Park Recreation Reserve, a ground that holds around 2,000.
