Leganés II

Estadio Anexo Butarque sits alongside the main Leganés ground and it holds 2,000.

The club did not start life as anyone's reserve side. It was founded in 1959 as Agrupación Deportiva Legamar, and only on 4 June 1991 was it absorbed into CD Leganés and turned into the parent club's official affiliate.

Its best spell in the league pyramid came in the 1990s, when it reached Segunda B for two seasons, finishing 16th in 1995–96 before relegation followed two years later in last place. Between those campaigns it also posted its strongest Tercera División finishes, fourth in both 1994–95 and 1996–97.

More recently, 2020–21 brought the club's one recorded honour: first place in Tercera División Group VII, followed by a promotion play-off win into Segunda RFEF. It held that level for two seasons, seventh then 14th, before returning to the fifth tier, where it finished third in 2023–24 and eighth the following year.

Its Tercera Federación rivals are drawn largely from Madrid's other reserve sides — Atlético Madrid B, Real Madrid Castilla, Rayo Vallecano B — fixtures known locally as the derbi de filiales.
