Marino de Luanco

The Estadio Municipal de Miramar holds 3,500. Before it existed, Marino played on the sand of La Ribera beach; the club that grew out of those games was founded in 1931 by a group of local residents, many of them fishermen, and registered formally with the Asturian federation four years later.

For decades afterwards Marino shuttled between regional football and Tercera División. That changed in 1996, when the club reached Segunda B for the first time and went straight back down. Five years on, a Tercera División title and a Copa RFEF win took Marino back up, and the 2001/02 season, a fifth-place finish, remains the best league position in the club's history. A second promotion followed in 2011 on the back of another Tercera title, and Marino held its place in the third tier for several seasons before settling into Segunda Federación, where it plays now.

Three Tercera División titles and that single Copa RFEF sit alongside eight wins in the Asturian regional cup, the most recent in 2025.
