Phnom Penh Women

The women's side did not begin as a separate project. It grew out of Phnom Penh Crown FC, the men's club founded in 2001. The team entered that inaugural competition and has been in it since.

Three league titles have followed, in 2023, 2024 and 2025. The last of them came without a dropped point: 14 matches, 14 wins, 121 goals.

That run took the club somewhere Cambodian women's football had not been. In 2025 the team entered the AFC Women's Champions League, drawn into group E of the preliminary round at home, against East Bengal FC of India and Kitchee SC of Hong Kong. Vibol Serysitha and Phoeurn Kunthea both scored in that competition.

Home is the Morodok Techo National Stadium, part of the national sports complex on the edge of the capital. The shirt is red with white trim, and the badge carries a winged Singha, the mythical creature that gives the side its nickname, Red Singha. The six stars around it count the men's championships, not the women's.

The player the league knows best is Soeurn Vipha, who took both the leading scorer's award and player of the season in 2025 — the year the goals ran to three figures.
