«All Orange»
Pocheon's kit is orange because the city's emblem is a mandarin duck. The alternative nickname, Orange Mandarin Duck, ties them to the bird. The mascot is a duck as well, called Powoni.
The club was registered on 18 January 2008 in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province, and entered the semi-professional K3 League. Then came a gap. The next titles were 2012 and 2013, and in 2014 the club finished second in the K3 Challengers League. That makes six titles in total, three of them in successive years.
Cup football gave the club a second stage. Pocheon reached the Round of 16 of the FA Cup twice, in 2014 and 2017. In 2017 the club also reached the final of the Sheikh Kamal International Club Cup and lost it.
Matches are played at the Pocheon Sports Complex in Gunnae-myeon, a 5,964-seat ground. The closest rival is Yangju Citizen, from the same province. The fixture has no name of its own.
Pocheon still plays in the orange the city's duck gave it, and Powoni still turns up at the ground.
