The team trains and plays out of the Rīgas Sporta ģimnāzija hall on Dzirnavu iela. Results have swung accordingly: a 93:70 win over Daugavpils Sporta skola in the league sat alongside a 117:56 defeat to VEF Rīga in the Latvian Basketball Užavas Cup quarter-finals.
In the 2024-25 Latvian Cup, Saldus ended the run in the first round. Rīgas Juniori carries the pink and purple associated with Rīgas Zeļļi rather than colours of its own, and beyond "Juniori" it has not picked up a nickname separate from its parent club. The club has yet to win anything in either the Latvian-Estonian League or the Latvian Cup.
