Salcedo

The route there was slow. Salcedo was formed in November 1992 and spent more than two decades as an amateur side drawing on the town around it, taking a place in the LDF second division in 2015 and staying there until 2024. Professional status came in May 2025; the Liga Dominicana de Fútbol title followed in 2026.

Arturo Berroa took charge on 1 January 2025. The opening goal of the club's professional history went to the Haitian forward Daniel Jamesley. In the Copa LDF the team finished seventh, with Brayan Bermúdez the leading scorer on three.

The club has no registered kit colours, which has never stopped anyone. Supporters carry blue and orange flags, and the press calls the side Onceno Naranja — the orange eleven.

Salcedo is the seat of Hermanas Mirabal province in the centre of the country.
