Sokol Hostouň

Hostouň is a small town in the Kladno district of Central Bohemia. An earlier attempt at a club, SK Hostouň, lasted barely two years after forming in 1922. What replaced it, Čechie Hostouň, was set up in July 1927; within a year the club had its own ground and more than 250 members. Occupying authorities shut down competitive football between 1938 and 1945; the first postwar match was played on 21 May 1945, and by 1946–47 the pitch had moved to the site the club still uses.

That changed from 2009, when Sokol Hostouň worked through five promotions in succession — the Okresní přebor Kladno title that year, the regional I. B třída in 2011, and the Division B championship in 2018/19, a result that sent the club into the Česká fotbalová liga for the first time. Hostouň stayed in that third tier for seven seasons before a fifteenth-place finish in 2025/26 sent it back down.

The club plays in green and white. Home games are at Stadion Vojtěcha Zeithamla, where 220 seats are backed by standing room for another 1,780. It resurfaced in the 2026 Czech Cup.

The ground's record crowd, 1,165, was set on a derby night in 2017.
