Na Stínadlech

The date on the opening was chosen before the pitch was: 9 May 1973, the 28th anniversary of the Soviet army's arrival in Czechoslovakia. Sir Stanley Rous, then president of FIFA, came to Teplice for it. The bill came in at 40 million Czechoslovak crowns against a plan of 30 million.

What the ground has done since is shrink, slowly and on purpose. It opened holding around 18,221. In the second half of the 1990s the wooden benches went and individual seats replaced them, the side stands were roofed, and a scoreboard went up. In 2000 and 2001 the east and south stands were closed in. The season after that, the pitch was relaid with irrigation and undersoil heating. The scoreboard was swapped for screens in 2005, then again in 2015. A fan shop opened in 2017; the turf was redone in 2020.

The naming rights sale in 2016 gave the stadium its current commercial name, but the old one has not left.

The next stage is already drawn up. Stínadla 2.0, planned for 2027 to 2030 at between one and 1.5 billion crowns, is meant to bring the ground up to UEFA category 4. It will also cut the official capacity from 17,078 to roughly 14,000.
