About the player
Jordan Morel came through the Saint-Étienne academy, where he scored twice for the U17 side in 2019 before eventually stepping up to the reserves in National 3. Rather than being handed a senior contract at his boyhood club, he moved on in 2021 to Bourg-en-Bresse Péronnas, joining the reserve team first and later breaking into the senior squad once the club won promotion to the National league.
His most concrete achievement to date came at FBBP01: a Championnat National 2 title in the 2023–24 season that took the club up into National 1. That success formed the backbone of his four years in Bourg-en-Bresse before he left for US Orléans in the summer of 2025.
His stay in Orléans lasted a single season. In July 2026, with his contract there at an end, Morel signed for Dunkerque as a free agent, joining a club freshly promoted to Ligue 2.
