OFK Vršac edge past Napredak in Serbian first league
OFK Vršac took all three points in the Serbian first league as they beat Napredak 2-1 in the regular season on Wednesday. The home side went ahead in the 50th minute through an own goal by S. Basic, but D. Glavinic scored twice for the visitors to turn the match around and move into third place.
Napredak started strongly, but the visitors grew into the game. Glavinic opened his account in the 59th minute after the home side had taken the lead. He added a second goal in the 72nd minute, and the away side held on despite a late substitution battle. Both managers made changes around the hour mark, bringing on fresh legs as the contest tightened.
