Cristian Michel Ramírez Ramos

Cristian Ramírez came through the ranks at Portuguesa FC, having started out at local clubs Canario and Colombo before joining the academy in Acarigua. He made his professional debut for Portuguesa on 31 October 2020, against Aragua FC under coach Ali Cañas, and went on to spend four full seasons with the club, reaching 104 appearances across all competitions with six goals and eight assists. His busiest campaign came in 2021, when he played 28 league matches and contributed three goals and four assists, and he also featured once in the Copa Libertadores for Portuguesa before leaving at the end of 2024.

In January 2025, Monagas SC made Ramírez their first signing of the year, bringing in the winger on a two-year contract ahead of the club's Liga FUTVE and Copa Libertadores campaigns. He is left-footed but plays predominantly on the right flank. His opening goal for the club arrived on 14 March 2025 against Zamora FC in the Apertura tournament, his seventh as a professional, and the performance was enough to earn him the MVP award for matchday eight of that competition. He added at least one assist over the course of the 2025 league season.

Ramírez was part of the Monagas squad for the 2025 Copa Libertadores preliminary round, playing in the first-leg win over Defensor Sporting before coming off in the 68th minute of the second leg against Cerro Porteño. He also appeared in the club's 2026 Copa Sudamericana qualifier against Academia Puerto Cabello. On the international front, he was called up to a Venezuela under-20 training module in July 2021 as part of preparations for the South American U-20 Championship.
