Fedorov: Kuznetsov's talent is beyond question at Sibir
Three-time Stanley Cup winner Sergei Fedorov says Yevgeni Kuznetsov's skill is unquestionable, with motivation and fitness now key to his form at Sibir.
Sergei Fedorov, a three-time Stanley Cup winner and former CSKA head coach, has given his view on Yevgeni Kuznetsov's prospects this season. The 34-year-old forward joined Sibir on 11 August.
"Kuznetsov is a skilful player, he can do everything. That is not even up for discussion. So the only question here is motivation. As I understand it, he still loves hockey. The talks went on for a long time, but he found a club. And he is gradually building up his fitness, which should let him play well. Nobody doubts his skill and talent," said Fedorov.
