McDavid Tops TSN's NHL Top-50 for 10th Straight Year
TSN's panel ranked Connor McDavid first for the 2026/27 season with 19 of 20 first-place votes; MacKinnon, Celebrini and Kucherov round out the top four.
Connor McDavid tops TSN's annual ranking of the NHL's top 50 players for the coming season, securing first place on 19 of the 20 ballots cast by the outlet's panel.
The only dissenting vote went to Nikita Kucherov.
Nathan MacKinnon of the Colorado Avalanche came in 2nd, with San Jose Sharks forward Macklin Celebrini 3rd. Kirill Kaprizov, who plays for Minnesota, was ranked 11th, and Sidney Crosby of Pittsburgh 17th.
The panel's top 10 also included Cale Makar and Leon Draisaitl at 5th and 6th, Quinn Hughes 7th, David Pastrnak 8th, Zach Werenski 9th and Aleksander Barkov 10th. Andrei Vasilevskiy was the top-ranked goaltender, listed 20th, ahead of Igor Shesterkin at 32nd and Ilya Sorokin at 43rd.
