Traktor general manager Alexey Volkov has accused the KHL's video review department of robbing his side of a legitimate goal in the 1:3 defeat to Spartak on 18 September.
With Traktor trailing 1:2 in the final minute of the third period, defenceman Grigori Dronov beat Spartak goaltender Artem Zagidulin with a shot from the blue line. Officials disallowed the goal, ruling that forward Andrei Svetlakov had interfered with Zagidulin in the crease.
