Isakov: Torpedo Never Eased Up on Depleted Avangard
Torpedo coach Aleksei Isakov explained how his team turned a 1:0 lead into a 5:1 rout of Avangard, crediting bench management in the second period.
Torpedo beat Avangard 5:1 on Tuesday, and head coach Aleksei Isakov made clear afterwards that his side had no intention of easing off against a team missing several players.
