About the player
Arda Öztürk made his Süper Lig debut for Trabzonspor in the 2024/2025 season, coming on against Galatasaray in December 2024 — one of four appearances he made for the first team that campaign. The centre-back, who stands 194 cm tall, followed that debut by signing his first professional contract with the club in April 2025.
Öztürk's route to that first-team involvement began away from Trabzon. Born in Diyarbakır, he came through the youth ranks at DSİ Spor before moving to the Trabzonspor academy in March 2022, where he progressed through the U16, U17 and U19 sides. That development has carried over into his international career: he is a regular for Turkey's U19 side and has captained the team, gathering caps at U16, U17 and U19 level, though he has not yet featured for the senior national team.
For the 2026–2027 season, Öztürk has moved to Iğdır FK on loan from Trabzonspor, an agreement finalised in late July 2026. The loan is set to run until the end of the season. He plays as a centre-back and favours his right foot.
